"Taking care, living better"
This role requires close collaboration with TP, e-commerce platforms, and internal partners to develop VIP/JD POP/PDD domestic business plans, follow up on daily business operations, online activities, and promotions, maintain brand and store image, explore business resources and opportunities to maximize Avène's business performance and further optimize brand image.
E-commerce Sales
• Evaluate key metrics (such as UV, conversion rate, return rate) performance weekly (domestic VIP, JD POP, PDD) to increase brand sales and profit;
• Analyze sales, website performance, e-commerce activities, and marketing plans;
• Guide and implement regular promotional activities to generate more traffic and sales;
• Channel monthly product forecasting;
• Optimize customer experience management for related channels.
Online Branding
• VIP, JD POP, PDD store image maintenance (homepage and product page);
• Responsible for tracking and updating the monthly calendar, sending updated communications to TP or internal teams;
• Track and analyze competition on the JD platform;
• Develop eCRM communication plans with the CRM team to promote sales growth, retention, and conversion;
• Brand meeting preparation.
TP/Customer Management
• Achieve monthly sales and GMV targets (communicate with distributors);
• Follow up and execute the annual joint business plan;
• Manage and guide TP's operational strategy, planning, and execution, including merchandise management, event planning, customer service, and logistics distribution;
• Participate in business opportunity negotiations with customers
Budget Control follow up
• Monthly PPP forecasting and follow-up (ROI);
• Annual channel budget and cost forecasting;
• Payment follow-up.
Other ad-hoc tasks required by line manager with respect of time delivery
• 2-3 years e-commerce operation experience in E-commerce channels of beauty/fashion/FMCG industry
• Good team player with extroverted personality and problem-solving/learning attitude with sense of responsibility
• Good business sense and proactive for business and industry insight within e-commerce distribution platform
• Workable English and good communication skills
• Self-driven and ownership for business excellence
