Position Summary
Drive AM AFTM Fixtures APAC growth initiative business with product strategy development.
Key Responsibility:
1. Preparation of market analyses, generation of product ideas, evaluation of new technologies, new suppliers, markets, current and future market and customer requirements, identification of new business opportunities and customer potentials
2.Supplier management in APAC, regular exchange and monitoring of company-specific requirements, interface to the project management organization
3.Product and portfolio lifecycle management from product launch, sales tracking, price adjustments, supply chain support, sales enquiries/forecasting to general product maintenance
4.Personal responsibility for the management of customer-specific OEM/OES/AFTM projects, considering automotive/customer requirements
5.Definition and implementation of tools and measures to support sales targets as well as development of appropriate sales strategies and new sales approaches
6.Central contact person for sales, purchasing, customer, marketing, supply chain, packaging department and other specialist departments
1.Bachelor / Master degree in Sales and Marketing, Economics or Electrical / Mechanical / Physics with 5 years of professional experience in the automotive environment
2.Strong technical and electronic understanding, SSL lighting in Automotive field preferred
3.Very good knowledge of project business and sales processes
4.High level of initiative, flexibility and sense of responsibility
5.Ability to work in a team, to work independently and very good communication skills
6.Business fluent in English
7.Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 25%)
