Responsibilities:

•Manage and track Design's program deliverables and ensure all deliverables are met in line with Studio and program targets.

•Ownership, leadership and management of Design delivery processes and procedures. Initiate improvements to processes to gain product quality, efficiency and timing improvements.

•Facilitate/Co-lead AP regional appearance review forums. Support Global Appearance review forums as required.

•Design program budget development, tracking and status reporting.

•Administrator of procurement requests including ordering, receipting, resource planning and spending forecast.

•Support program timing forums ensuring design requirements are supplied and understood.

•Work with program team, Functional Engineering teams, Marketing and other functions to ensure target setting, compatibility and delivery is robust.

•Interface with global design teams ensuring appropriate AP feedback is supplied during product development phase.

Qualifications:

•Education

•Education Qualification: Bachelor of Science Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent

•No. of Years of Experience: 5 years + experience

•Exposure working with senior leadership team.

Functional Skills:

• 2 or more years of product development experience.

• Program management experience is preferred.

• Experience with Vehicle Development Process.

• Experience with Design internal team coordination.

• Fundamental understanding of design development process.

Behavioral Skills

• Strong communication and team player skills and working with global teams abroad.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to communicate with cross functional teams.

• Ability to work in a collaborative, team environment and ability to work under aggressive timelines and sporadic heavy workloads.

• Possess sustainability against changing demand from internal & external business requirements.

Special Knowledge/Skills Required

• Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

• Working knowledge of SharePoint development and security protocols.

• Fluency in hosting and managing online/offline meeting or workshop.

• Understanding of Non-Production Purchasing and Project Control system.
