工作目标
这个岗位是SHDR设施服务部门助理值班工程师。旨在加强设施服务部供应商夜间施工安全的监督和检查、加强设施服务部供应商工作效率和人工的监督和检查。另外，作为助理值班工程师需要处理值班期间的应急事件，保障安全、避免应急事件对乐园运营的影响。同时，助理值班工程师作为维修调度中心夜间的备用接线员，要协调处理夜间的报修工单。
工作职责（包括但不限于）
• 能承受较长时间夜班；
• 负责供应商施工过程中的安全审计和安全检查；高风险作业还需旁站监督检查；
• 协助进行供应商施工组织和效率的监督检查，对供应商当天完成工作量和施工人员的检查确认；
• 协助处理当班期间的紧急事件响应和EM （emergency）& UCH（unplanned correction high priority）工单的记录协调，及时更新事件的处置进展情况。负责编制事件报告，提交管理层。
• 在夜间作为维修调度中心的补充，接收、记录和处理来自电话、邮件等平台的乐园范畴的报修需求
• 在夜间作为维修调度中心的补充，按照报修需求和作业手册在Maximo/Mad内正确创建报修工单并分配给FOS各维修部门
• 在夜间作为维修调度中心的补充，利用对讲系统对紧急事件的播报和联系FOS相关业务部门
• 在夜间作为维修调度中心的补充，记录和汇报有争议的工单
• 能够承受工作压力，有解决问题的意愿，始终保持良好的客户服务意识，积极主动的支持运营业务需要
• 负责编写每天的供应商施工检查日志。
• 部门领导安排的其它任务。
Job Purpose
The position is SHDR FOS Facility One Associate Facility Duty Engineer. This job purpose is to strengthen the FOS vendor construction safety audit, safety monitoring, labor efficiency check and work load check in night shift. As FOS Facility One Associate Duty Engineer, he/she shall handle with the facility emergency cases to ensure the safety and avoid the influence on Park/DT（Disney Town）/WSP（Wishing Star Park）/Hotel operation. FOS Facility One Assistant Duty Engineer is the backup for MB operator as well in night shift. He/she shall coordinate with the maintenance requests in night shift.
Job Responsibility (including but not limited to)
• Be able to work in night shift in a long period.
• Be responsible for vendor safety audit and safety inspection during construction. Should monitoring the construction on site if there is any high risk work.
• Assist to monitor the vendor construction organization and efficiency. Check the vendor’s labor quantity and work load.
• Assist to deal with the facility emergency cases and EM(emergency)/UCH(unplanned correction high priority)work orders. Update the progress and dealing condition for emergency cases to manage level as required. Be responsible to send facility emergency case report to manage level as required.
• As the backup for maintenance base in night shift, perform in a team environment receiving and dispatching Maintenance work orders and all related calls.
• As the backup for maintenance base in night shift, create maintenance work order in Maximo/Mad and assign the work order to FOS departments according to the maintenance request and MB(maintenance base) handbook.
• As the backup for maintenance base in night shift, all call in emergency case and contact related FOS department with radio.
• As the backup for maintenance base in night shift, record and report controversial maintenance requests.
• Willing to be a problem solver while working in high stress situations with good customer service sense to support park operation teams actively always.
• Be responsible for vendor construction inspection log.
• Other tasks assigned by leaders.
