• Understand the domestic active & outdoor sports market including the new trends, the changes of the consumer needs, new technologies and domestic brand players etc.
• Work with sales team to develop pull through business plan in sports market, and accomplish personal target on driving the specification and identification growth for domestic business under these categories.
• Develop detailed, executable account plan based on the understanding of the market dynamic and deliver the account plan to hit the specification and sales target.
• Build up relationship with multi-level personnel at brand, especially in the complex organization, influence the decision makers, influencers, and transform the initial interest to business deliverables.
• Responsible for managing the key brand accounts; fully leverage resources to value sell the tangible/intangible product/service to customers throughout the value chain.
• Aligned with business strategy, implement the local programs with local supply chain mills, brands and retailers. i.e. the innovation concepts roll out.
• Work closely with sales and MC team for the co-brand opportunities, and evaluate the economics of the programs to ensure the right ROI. As a result, driving both the specification and identification through co-brand activities.
• At least 5 years of working experience in sales, business development or brand marketing function.
• Working experience in active or outdoor sports apparel or textile industry is preferred with base knowledge of domestic brand business.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
• Value chain understanding & good value seller with “differentiation” mindset and with spirit of understanding customers’ needs.
• A team player, be able to work closely with teams, and utilize internal resources.
• Independent, proactive and self-motivate.
• Fluent English in both of oral and writing.
• Frequently travel is required.
