• Manage back-order process. Working with appropriate individuals to identify options and propose solution(s) to Business and will then work with relevant parties (CSR/ Supply planner etc.) to make adjustment in system upon acceptance.

• Provide resolution on daily basis to resolve:

Outbound Delivery creation failures

Outbound Deliveries created without batch ID assigned

• Maintains the Special Customer Specifications

• Oversee the Stock Transfer Order Execution Process.

• Manage product allocation when required. Allocation plans have been administered in a reliable and effective manner.

• Analyze and drive continuous improvement in order fulfillment processes.

• Maintain Batch determination rules & lot span table inputs from Finished Product specifications.

• Set-up & maintain COA profiles

• Interface with Site/Business Quality Management System along with verification of a robust system to audit & maintain the Quality Documents to maintain any needed quality certifications.

• Manage at risk inventory. Track at risk inventory level on a monthly base, and follow with commercial team on cleanup actions. Highlight to finance team on high risk items for accrual.

• Process optimization. Monitor order-to-cash process, and lead the optimization if possible.

• Matrix management. Use matrix, like at risk inventory matrix, OTS, etc to measure performance.

• Strong data analysis skills.

• Good communication skills. And easy to cooperate with other functions.

• Result oriented and customer focused.

• Experiences on SAP transactions.

• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
