We are seeking an outstanding scientist specializing in AI model development. This position will leverage biology big data and deep learning to support innovative vaccine and mRNA therapeutic development.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage deep learning models to support protein and mRNA sequence design

• Develop and improve AI/ML model for cancer vaccine epitope prediction

• Utilize LLM to support internal research programs

• Maintain and manage computational pipeline and HPC environment

• Develop internal database and web applications

• Collaborate with wet-lab colleagues to plan, analyze and interpret study results

Recommended Education and Key Competency

Education:

• Ph.D in Computational Science, Bioinformatics, Genetics, or Information Technology.

Must Have:

• Minimum 5 years of AI model development and deploy experience

• Demonstration of successful delivery of novel DN models in biology or pharmaceutical area is highly desirable

• Deep knowledge in LLM and applications

• Expert in programming and database queries (multiple preferred), e.g. Python, R, Perl, bash, Java, JavaScript, MySQL, etc.

• Operate and manage high performance computing environment

Nice-to-Have:

• Working experience in biological sequence data (mRNA, protein) is highly desirable

• Bioinformatics data analysis skillset (NGS, omics data integration, scRNAseq, etc.) is a plus

• Experience with development of data integration and data visualization tools

• Understanding of the vaccine research and development process
