Roles and Responsibilities
• Lead xEV battery cell development to support unit program & vehicle program gateway deliverables.
主导动力电池开发,负责动力电池项目的设计方案、开发过程跟进、产品测试评估,支持电池包/整车项目节点的工程交付。
• Lead to develop & optimize battery cell DV and PV validation plan, track validation progress, evaluate validation results, and failure analysis.
负责制定和优化电池的DV和PV验证计划,验证过程跟进、产品评估和失效分析。
• Lead battery cell engineering specification and quality documents development (DFMEA, SCAFF, PFMEA, Control Plan, etc) to implement PPAP activities.
评审、输出开发过程技术和质量文件,支持PPAP开发流程。
• Lead battery cell technology benchmarking and competitive supplier audit and evaluation.
负责动力电池技术对标,供应商审核和评价。
• Effectively collaborate with cross-function team and battery suppliers to ensure the project delivery with quality.
参与项目产品的跨部门&供应商的协调、沟通和评审工作。
Qualifications
• Master or higher degree in electrochemistry, material, applied chemistry, chemistry engineering education background.
硕士及以上学历,电化学/材料/应用化学/化学工程等相关专业。
• 2+ year experience in battery cell development, design, product management is preferred.
2年以上动力电池行业工作经验,具备电芯开发&设计经验、产品&项目管理经验优先。
• OEM working experience in xEV battery is preferred.
具备车企动力电池电芯开发工作经验者优先。
• Familiar with battery manufacturing process, and understand cell design and failure analysis of prismatic, pouch and cylindrical cells.
熟悉动力电池制造流程和生产工艺,了解方形、软包、圆柱电池的产品设计和失效分析。
• Familiar with Product Development Process, is preferred.
熟悉产品开发流程者优先。
• Good knowledge of Li-ion battery working principle and characteristics (NCM, LFP, etc).
精通锂离子电池(三元、磷酸铁锂)工作原理和电池特性者优先。
• Familiar with components (cathode, anode, separator, electrolyte) characterization of battery cells.
熟悉电芯材料特性和技术评价方法。
• Familiar with MATLAB, Simulink, CAD are preferred.
熟悉MATLAB, Simulink, CAD等软件者优先。
• Good English skills in daily work.
具备良好的英语沟通能力。
• Excellent teamwork and strong communication skills.
良好的团队合作意识和沟通能力。
