- Communicate, Direct and Assist Art, Design, Sound and QA to ensure everyone involved works within the Technical Design managed by you
- Manage the SE department and ensure the optimum performance according to the instructions of Technical Director

- Participant to recruitment and training of new talents; Involvement in evaluation of System Engineer staff
- Manage communication with clients in terms of SE project progress and technique matters

- 参与招聘和培训新人才,参与开发工程师职位的招聘过程,并负责新员工的培训;同时,参与现有员工的工作表现评估,促进团队整体能力提升。
- 管理与客户的沟通,就程序项目的进展和技术问题与客户保持密切沟通,确保信息透明,及时响应客户需求,维护良好的客户关系。
- Advanced understanding of C++ and knows other programming languages like C#, JAVA, LUA, Unreal Script or Python, OO Design/Programming (SOLID, Design Patterns), Memory and Performance, Algorithms and Data-Structures, Multi-Core and –Threading
- Good knowledge of game development, development tools, game engines as well as core gameplay system such as 3C, AI, combat, etc.
- Specialized in UE4, UE5 development and be able to do technical design for UE5 development.
- Be able to work together with Artist director, designer director or other stakeholders to come up with standard working pipeline and make sure the production team is on track.
- Able to see a project from a high-level as well as low-level and anything in-between. Can see risks, priorities and the complexity of elements in a project
- Good people management skills and project management knowledge
- Bachelor and above degree with major in IT, computer science, software academy
- Good communication skills in English including documentation and presentation
- Minimum 8 years programming experience with several AAA title shipped

- 能够与美术总监、策划总监或其他利益相关者合作,制定标准工作流程,确保生产团队按计划推进项目。
- 能够从宏观到微观全面审视项目,识别风险、确定优先级,并评估项目的复杂性元素。
- 具备优秀的人才管理和项目管理知识,能够有效地领导团队并确保项目按时完成。
- 计算机科学、软件工程或信息技术等相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 具备良好的英文书面和口头沟通能力,包括文档编写和演示文稿制作。
- 至少 8年编程经验,并参与过多个 AAA级别游戏项目的开发和发布。
