ASML, the market leader in the semiconductor lithography equipment, is looking to fill the role of Re-use Engineering Manager in the Local Parts Supply Center in China. In this role you are responsible to deliver technical solutions for the ReUse of parts with your Re-use Development Center team in China.

Job Description

Location: The role is based in the Local Parts Supply Center in Beijing

As an Engineering Manager you are responsible for all daily activities and continuous improvements in the Re-Use Development Center:

Organization

Build a team with strong repair competency in Electronics / Laser / Mechatronics / Machine conditioning

Support the establishment of a wider Engineering supplier network to compliment the core inhouse competencies

Interface to the head of Re-Use Engineering to firmly establish the China team as a part of our global engineering network

Performance management of the engineering team

Build up Reuse/Repair engineering processes for China specific challenges

Ensure development projects deliver required results using a pragmatic approach to problem solving

drive for effectiveness and efficiency

Leverage inhouse competencies/local engineering suppliers & our global engineering network to achieve your goals

People Management

Excellent people management skills to create an healthy work environment for the employees in the team.

Positive motivation of the employees to obtain the bestresults in line with business requirements

Line management of all direct reports in the Re-use Development team

Compliance

Activities are executed precisely in accordance with defined process flows

Alignment and validation of compliance and process execution with relevant stakeholders.

Education and Experience

Master or above in technical subject, with business sense and people management skills

8+ years' experience in semiconductor industry or related, of which substantial part business related and people management experience

Stakeholder management in a complex organizational structure

Relationships with external partners

Project management

Basic finance

Personal skills

Fluent English speaker

A team player with a strong personality, who inspires and motivates others

Understand engineering/design documents & repair methods so that you can mentor your engineering team

Entrepreneurial spirit, identifies improvement opportunities
