• Lead testing communication for Samsung projects, be super professional and proficient in communication for test plan, bug clarification, debug supporting and testing status with Samsung team and project team.

• Be responsible for project specification study to develop test cases, prepare test facilities and setup test conditions based on Samsung requirements, collaborate with other test/development counterparts to ensure test coverage is sufficient.

• Schedule test resources, track test deliverables, and communicate test progress and issues to the project team throughout a product life cycle.

• Support Bixby & SmartThings issues debug, performs initial problem determination and diagnosis when issues arise during execution, tracks defect against those problems

• Samsung SmartThings IOP devices study and APP study for how to use, coach Onsite contractors for Bixby& SmartThings testing

• Requires the understanding deeply of common testing tool JIRA.

• Bachelor of Science in a Computer Engineering discipline, IOT or equivalent experience.

• >5 years working experience related with Soundbar, TWS Headphone, AI, Samsung SmartThings and IOT.

• Experience developing and executing product verification test ideally in the audio, WIFI, Bluetooth. HDMI, Samsung SmartThings, AI speaker.

• Has experience as test lead to schedule test resources, track deliverables, and communicate test progress and issues to the product team.

• Strong capability in design test plan, design test case, data analysis and report Bi-lingual fluency in Mandarin and English: excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Experience with automated test scripting is a plus.
