职位概述

该职位将负责对上海迪士尼乐园工程服务团队提供工程技术支持。该职位将主要关注于景点设备，其中包含游艺设施、演艺、音频/视频和灯光系统，制定和实施相关的流程并完成各类提高景点可靠性的项目。该职位需要运用各类分析软件及技能来检查和改进流程，以提高景点的可靠性。

主要职责 (包括但不限于)

• 承诺时刻遵守安全准则

• 协助技术专员为景点准备所有的技术指导文档并制定技术员的培训计划并给予相应的培训

• 协助技术专员为新的游艺设施或者改造项目的安装、调试及验收过程提供阶段性的质量控制支持

• 利用Splunk平台，编写程序生成有助于提高景点可靠性的告警以及分析报告

• 分析游艺设施，演艺控制，灯光控制和音/视频控制系统的逻辑、设计和实施中的可优化部分

• 协助技术专员起草游艺设施系统的预防性维护计划

• 与其他团队一起识别停机问题并实施解决方案

• 协助技术专员解决技术问题，并根据需要提出工程解决方案

• 协助技术专员及工程服务经理完成提高景点可靠性的持续改善项目

• 通过整合最佳的实操经验和协助持续改进活动，以降低游艺设施的停工时间

• 能接受根据需求在晚上，节假日，周末工作和适应三班倒

Job Purpose

This position will be responsible for providing engineering support and technical expertise to the Attractions Engineering Services team in Shanghai Disney Resort (SHDR). This position will primarily focus on attraction equipment which include Ride &Show, Audio/ Video and Lighting Systems. Develop and implement relevant processes and continuously improve the projects on attraction reliability. This position also needs the use of various analytical software and skills to check and improve processes to increase attraction’s reliability.

Job Responsibility (including but not limited to)

• Demonstrate a visible commitment to safety.

• Assist the technical specialist to prepare technical guidelines for attractions, make the training plan for technicians and give the corresponding training.

• Assist the technical specialist to provide quality control support throughout new ride or system upgrade projects installation and Test &Accept.

• Write programs to create alerts and reports to improve the reliability of attractions based on the Splunk.

• Analyze Ride/Show control, Lighting &A/V control’s logic, design and implement improvements.

• Assist the technical specialist to prepare the Ride system preventative maintenance plan.

• Work with other teams to identify downtime problems and implement solutions.

• Assist the technical specialist to troubleshoot technical problems and propose engineering solutions for resolution as needed.

• Assist the technical specialist and Engineering Service Manager to continuously improve the projects on attraction reliability.

• Reduced attraction downtime by incorporating best practices and assisting in continuous improvement activities.

• Acceptable work at night, holidays, weekends, and various shifts as needed.

• 良好的团队合作精神和人际关系技巧

• 具有逻辑思维和分析能力，能够应用工程经验解决问题

• 会使用中英文计算机办公软件等

• 熟练掌握中英文计算机制图/建模软件如SolidWorks和CAD等

• 有编程经验，掌握SQL/C/C++/Python语言者优先

• 能读懂机械/电气图纸，具备机械制图/电气设计/过程电气控制系统知识者优先

• 有音频/视频或照明控制系统知识者优先

• 积极主动，能在技术专员的指导下处理各类故障

• 较强的因果分析能力解决问题

Experience and Abilities:

• College education in engineering discipline is required.

• Strong oral and written communication skills. Bilingual in Chinese and English is required.

• Team Player with good relationship skills.

• Logical and analytical thinker with the ability to apply engineering judgment to problem solving.

• Computer and Internet proficiency in Chinese and English software required, including Office applications, etc.

• Technical proficiency in both Chinese and English drawing/modeling software applications, such as SolidWorks and CAD.

• Programming experience, knowledge of SQL/C/C++/Python is preferred.

• Able to read mechanical/electrical drawings, knowledge of mechanical drawing/electrical design/process control systems is preferred.

• Knowledge of Audio/Video or lighting control systems is preferred.

• Self-starter with the ability to handle all kinds of faults under the guidance of the technical specialist.

• Strong cause-effect analytical abilities to solve problems.
