1. Take the lead for EMB product SW functional verification and validation strategy definition

2. Design new test strategy for Swap(SW as product) projects verification and validation strategy and adapt to customer projects

3. Guide and design verification and validation environment (HiL/SiL/MiL/…) to meet all level test goals

4.Experience and ability in Simulation environment development ,adaptation with FMI/FMU, and vehicle dynamic model

5. Guide different level test specification design with correct test design methodology used

6. Coach test developer to set up and use test automation framework for continuous testing

7. Support project test issues debugging

8. Working with Project SW management to define clear responsibility for V&V between Bosch and OEMs

9. Collaboration with global expert to define future V&V concept and leading local CIP activit

1. Automotive related working experience, mandatory working for EMB braking SW test >1year， familiar of EMB HIL/SIL environment

2. Known different level validation environment

3. ISTQB FL certificated at least(Advance level is prefer)

4. Known different ASPICE level test goals and test environment

5. Expertise in SW testing areas for test specification design

6. Good communication and team working

7. Fluent English communication
