职位描述

Logistics & 3PL Manager Responsibilities:

•Manages the physical flow of products including traceability respecting all guidelines (safety, quality and environment)

•Drives delivery and improvement in logistics KPIs; identifies and escalates logistics performance issues (eg. Service issues, missing inventory, quality issues)

•Selection of most suitable Logistics Service Providers and Vendor Partners, establishing and managing sound contract conditions and maintaining a beneficial working relationship with the service providers.

•Correct construction, control and management of the budget for Physical Logistics (cost budget for Physical Logistics and new investment requirements).

•Adapting to changes in the logistics scenario and/or market environment and government regulations. Dealing with unexpected Supply Chain disruptions by ensuring an adequate level of flexibility of structures and processes to meet ad-hoc customer requirements.

•Create a logistics strategy and ensure the logistics footprint is optimized considering cost-to-serve, inventory policy and customer service requirements.

•Sets and delivers the relevant KPIs for logistics.

•Identifies and drives cost saving initiatives in the area of logistics through strategic sourcing of logistics services and efficiency in operations.

Critical Experiences

•8+ years of cross functional exposure across Supply Chain with at least 3 years focus on Logistic and 3PL /Transportation Management

•Strong understanding of all areas of business functions across the organization

•Strong negotiation and collaboration skills

•Advanced training/coaching skills
