Shanghai Disney Resort, the first Disney resort in Mainland China, will be a place where friends and family can escape together to a whole new world of fantasy, imagination, creativity and adventure. The resort will include a park designed in the rich tradition of Disneyland theme parks around the world with the uniqueness and beauty of China, two themed hotels, a large retail, dining and entertainment venue and an array of recreation facilities. The resort will be located in Pudong, Shanghai. As we create this magical destination, we’re looking for a variety of world-class professionals including front line Cast Members and an innovative development team to help our plans take shape.

 

 

职位概述 Position Overview

该职位是支持于上海迪士尼度假区的工程保险项目管理。

This position is to support the management of SHDR construction insurance programs.

 

主要职责Key Responsibilities

• 协助管理上海迪士尼建设工程相关的多个保险项目,包括确定保险需求、安排保险项目、日常保险合同管理、及维护与保险合作方的关系。

- 熟悉并理解上海迪士尼保险项目的承保范围

- 为工程项目安排新保险,收集相关投保信息和数据以支持保险公司核定标的物风险,准备保险合同的询价问卷及投保书,并针对承保范围和报价提出合理建议

- 负责工程现场风险查勘以及风险变化的跟踪推进

- 项目图纸的审核以及与保险公司就图纸中发现的问题进行沟通协调

- 根据保险项目的风险变化进行申请出具批单以及审核

- 保险合同日常管理,包括审批、用印、付款,以及更新并完善保险项目的各种记录

- 项目合同的风险评估及审批

- 了解及更新本地及全球的保险市场资讯

- 维护与业务合作方的长期友好合作关系

 

• 负责相关险种的日常保险理赔事宜

- 案件的报损,收集事件相关信息,初步判断保险责任及损失情况并通知保险人

- 及时有效地指导现场人员对事故地点进行必要地取证及保护

- 负责理赔期间各项目团队之前的协调,包括但不限于现场查勘,会议安排,资料收集等

- 定期跟进每一起保险事故的进度以及异常,并及时汇总报告

- 协助并参与案件理赔过程中重要的谈判环节,如相关索赔资料的澄清,定损金额的磋商等

 

• 协助第三方供应商的招标及管理

- 负责整个招标的前期准备工作

- 了解市场上供应商的基本情况及服务能力

- 把控及确保各个招标环节的合规性,以及中标后的合同签署及管理

- 负责供应商对接工作及日常服务质量跟踪

 

• 协助保险项目费用的预算控制及预算管理

- 与工程项目财务团队进行保险费用的预算规划及制定

- 协助工程项目团队在保险预算上的控制及跟踪

 

• Support the management of SHDR’s construction related insurance programs, in defining insurance requirements, sourcing and placement of insurance policies, daily insurance policies’ management, and maintaining relationships with insurance partners

- Familiarize and understand the coverage and liability of SHDR insurance programs

- Place new insurance programs by collecting risk exposure for the purpose of underwriting, as well as prepare insurance proposals, and provide suggestions on coverage and quotation assessment

- Arrange on site risk surveys and follow up with risk changes

- Review design drawing and coordinate on the findings and follow-ups

- Issue and review insurance indorsement based on projects risk exposure change

- Conduct daily insurance policy management, including contract approval and execution, premium payment, and maintain the log of insurance programs

- Review and advise on project contract in terms of risk management

- Understand and update the major benchmark and changes in local and global markets

- Maintain the long-term good relationship with insurance partners

 

• Manage and coordinate construction claims

- Report incident incurred on project site with prelim incident information and coverage assessment to the insurers

- Provide instruction to field staff in terms of site protection and evidence preservation in a timely manner

- Coordinate among project teams during the claim process, including site survey, meeting arrangement, claim doc collection, etc.

- Follow up and prepare deck for claim progress report periodically

- Support and participant in important phases during claim negotiation, such as claim doc clarification, loss amount assessment, etc.

 

• Support RFP process and management of vendors

- Be responsible for the pre-tender preparation

- Understand general information and service capability of vendors in the market

- Control and assure compliance in the tender process, as well as contract process and management

- Connect with vendor for onboarding process and track daily service quality

 

• Support construction insurance budget control and management

- Work with project finance team on insurance budget planning

- Support project team to monitor and track budget spending

 

任职条件

资格要求Required Qualifications

• 3-5年工程或保险行业相关工作经验

• 本科或硕士,工程类或保险专业优先

• 注重细节,较强的逻辑思维能力,沟通能力

• 积极主动,充满自信

• 较强的工作灵活性和适应能力,能适应快节奏工作环境

• 较强的团队合作意识和严谨的工作态度

• 有好奇心及较强的自学能力

• 熟练运用英语,听说读写流利

• 熟练掌握办公应用软件,如Excel 和PowerPoint

 

• 3~5 years’ experiences in engineering or insurance related position

• Bachelor Degree or master, major in engineering or insurance is preferred

• Strong logical thinking and communication skills with attention to detail

• Highly motivated, self-starter, confident

• Flexible and embraces diversity of job tasks, able to work under fast-paced environment

• Demonstrate strong partnering skills and hardworking attitude

• Curiosity and desire to learn, quick learner

• Excellent in written and verbal English skills

• Proficiency in PC skills such as Excel and PowerPoint
