'> Design of the products: 3D - 2D CAD Works in PLM under guideline, Documentation

> Creation of the technical documentation: 3D models under CAD rules, 2D drawings (products and assembly) under template drawing, guideline and checklist. List of critical characteristics. tooling and fixtures, customer presentations and assembly process instructions

> Creation and actualization of the BOM

> To work out tolerances' calculation

> Lead DFMEA activities

> Creation AEMA and tracking the status of change management

> Creation PT Flow chart

> Prepare sample order and test matrix

> Understand well customer requirement and attend meeting to review compliance chart

> Design of technical optimization and and cost amelioration of the products and the procedures

> Prepare the invention report and contribution High-tech idea

> Summaries and present lesson learn during whole of project developing

> PLM: Data administration, release of components and sub assembly of the product according to his entitlement and in compliance with the PLC

> Lead problem solving during test failed analysis and customer complain

> Responsible for release of review and prepare documentation (Technical offer) for reviews

> Responsible for supplier/customer technical communication

> To updated design guideline checklist compliance chart.

> Support the project manager for achieving the timing, technique, cost and quality targets

> Support prototypes building and the testing

> Support the FEM Calculation Engineer by providing up to date datas. Ensure the implementation of the FEM Result in the design

> Care on technical project documentation (product release, folder)

> Prepare technical offer when acquisition and reviews

1. High knowledge of DS CATIA V5 and if possible Solid Works

2. Basic knowledge of PLC Product and manufacture process

3. Master's in mechanical engineering or similar

4.GD&T/FMEA knowledge

5. Understanding of IATF 16949 & ISO 14001 standard & related experience

6.Understanding and able to use statistical analysis, understand SPC
