Responsibilities:

Ensure the logistics means in the warehouse running well

Monitor warehouse storage condition according to regulation

Goods receipt for flying parts (Sea/air)

Unloading flying parts and general purchase cargoes

Physical operation issue follow up

Manage the stock of the materials including dangerous goods compliance with the process and policy

Sorting WO including relevant docs

Regular cycle count, Ensure the inventory accuracy

Prepare and internal transportation materials with necessary paperwork base on the requirement

Packing, Loading and lashing cargos for the reverse flow (NC parts included) according to the transportation way (Sea or Air) and according to the packing regulations.

Transaction in SAP system

Ensure all activity on safety and security, 5S to be followed as well

Vocational school certificate or above, major in logistics or relevant

Around 5 years working experience in international company

forklift truck driving license

Ability to drive the reach truck

Good knowledge on forklift driving and management

Rich experience in lashing

DG operation license

DG handling awareness

NC awareness

Good knowledge on logistics or supply chain
