职位描述

Supports and coordinates different topics/ tasks in BU and department level, actively supports the team for good performance and achievement.

1. Assistant to calendar management and business trip arrangement

2. Key contact window to coordinate the topics , including organize the meeting, workshop, team building activities, prepare meeting materials, initiate the events in department to link with Company focus

3. Good compliance awareness, and have audit experience. Proficient in process, and continuous optimize process base on good understanding of business.

4. Monitor the business achievement, risks and opportunities by good data analysis and statistical skills

5. Provide the management with credible decision-making related information and suggestions through the analysis, explanation and summary of business

6. Assist sales team to achieve business goals, provide necessary support and advice with good business and market analysis capabilities

7. Good customer management capabilities, including but not limited to distributor management, price management, customer credit management, accounts receivable management, etc..

8. Good cooperation with marketing, supply chain, financial, legal and other departments.

9. Proficient in SAP or other ERP systems, provide system support and solution for business.

任职条件

1. Experience: More than 3 years in sales controlling/management area

2. Education: Bachelor degree or above,

3. Language: Proficiency in conversation, writing and reporting in English

4. Skills:

- Proficient in SAP, office, data analysis, structured and logical reporting/ presentation

- Time management ability, good interpersonal relationship, attention to details, logical thinking, strong learning ability, sense of responsibility and team spirit

- Preferred with project management knowledge;

- Good communication skill and willing to learn and support

- Proactive and initiative with ownership
