Export Business SU PMO
For China Export Relaunch/Roll Out project, to jointly lead, manage and control project E2E cycles (i.e. Pre-Start Gate, Start Gate, Develop Gate, Launch Gate, Delivery Gate, Post-Delivery Gate) with MSO PMO, by collaborating with SU/MSO local stakeholders. Also act as key contact window to support on MSO enquiries of potential future projects:
[Pre-Start] To collaborate with CP/PL/RD/MKT to fix sourcing product portofolio information (e.g. code/variant/formulation/packsize/specification/AW)
[Pre-Start] To collaborate with SITE/PL/LOG to fix maunifacturing and logistics information (e.g. sourcing site/MOQ/LT/Logistics model)
[Pre-Start] To conduct production/repacking technical & capacity feasibility checking with Factory/SUIT
[Pre-Start] To align with MSO on final project scoping during the gate.
[Pre-Start] To govern RPM BW risks in joint work with PL (relaunch project only]
[Start] With MSO PMO, to jointly plan the project by building project network to ensure all task items from all stakeholders (e.g. RD/Factory/PL/Q/Procurement/Export/Supplier) been well governed by defined timeline and resources. Key milestones include PKG, FML, AW, MDM, Order/FCST, Production and Dispatch.
[Start] To regularly (i.e. normally weekly basis) govern project status and inform any risks if any (e.g. RPM risks) until product post delivery
[Start] To fix with MSO on final formulation and packaging requirements during the gate.
[Develop] As a bridge between MSO MKT and SU Procurenment/Supplier for AW activities. As a bridge between RD/Procurement/Export/PL/FIN/SUIT etc. for master data set-up.
[Launch] To govern pre-production checklist meeting to ensure checklist approved prior to production
To support on MSO enquiries of various aspescts related to potential futre business demands (e.g. manufacturing certificate and info)
Export Business Development
To support on business development requirements of importing countries (MSO), either for China export Innovation/Relaunch/Roll Out projects, or to for sourcing strategy study of potential future market business demand, by providing professional advice, information and documentation of international trading (in particular regarding export cost structure, export route and business process).
[Pre-Start] To support Business Case/Sourcing Strategy Study by leading international trading Transfer Price (TP) assumption building to deliver indicative TP, co-working with FIN/CP/LOG/Export CS
[Start] To lead Inter-Company Sales Agreement Contract (ISA) process, specific to Incoterm, Ordering Procedures/Forecasting Horizon & Rules, business wastes ownership and liability for deficient products.
[Start] To advise on key trading document needed (e.g. H.S Code Pre-Classification/Certification for Safe Transport of Chemical Goods/FDA/MSDS) and to coordinate the document preparation with Export CS.
[Start] To advise on project network plan from BD perspective to ensure key task forces framed within a targeted LT
[Start] To advise on logistics routes details and potential logistics saving solutions
[Develop] To lock product CN Description before triggering MDM process
[Launch] To compute final Transfer Price (TP) for orders
[Delivery] To monitor post-production logistics according to Incoterm and highlight any risks if any
To support on MSO of professional advice and infomation from tranding perspective related to potential future busines demands (e.g. indicative TP, logistics route, trading document and feasibility)

To support MSO on repacking development for all export projects specific to E&T-owned repack services under 8010 Full-Buy model
