Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain accurate demand plans based on market trends, sales data, and forecasting models to achieve optimal inventory levels and customer satisfaction.

2. Lead the demand planning team, develop and execute effective demand planning strategies, ensuring close collaboration with sales, operations, and procurement departments.

3. Analyze sales trends and market dynamics, adjust demand plans timely, and provide strategic recommendations to address changes.

4. Supervise and optimize supply chain processes to ensure timely product delivery, and provide periodic reporting and analysis.

5. Coordinate cross-departmental communication, work closely with sales, production, and procurement teams to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of demand plans.

6. Manage team members' performance, provide training and guidance to promote team development and enhance work efficiency.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in supply chain management, logistics, operations management, or related fields.

2. At least 10 years of relevant work experience, with experience in demand planning or supply chain management preferred.

3. Familiarity with demand planning tools and software, such as ERP systems, forecasting models, etc.

4. Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills, able to understand and address complex market demands.

5. Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to effectively manage cross-departmental collaboration and coordination.

6. Leadership skills and team management experience, able to motivate team members and drive team goals.
