Key Responsibilities:

- Non-Conformity Management: Oversee the investigation and resolution of supplier-related non-conformities, implementing corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.

- Supplier Performance Improvement: Collaborate with suppliers to enhance overall quality performance, focusing on reducing defects (PPM).

- Supplier Quality Audits: Conduct regular audits of supplier quality management systems to assess compliance and identify improvement areas.

- Corrective Action Plans: Develop and implement effective corrective action plans with suppliers to address quality issues and prevent future occurrences.

- Communication and Reporting: Communicate quality performance metrics, trends, and improvement initiatives to relevant stakeholders.

- New Product Development: Monitor supplier capabilities and performance during new product development phases, ensuring alignment with quality standards.

- Supplier Visits: Conduct on-site supplier visits to assess quality systems, manufacturing processes, and corrective action implementation.

Requirements:

-Bachelor Degree and major in manufacture related.

-At least 7 years in the undercarriage area and familiar with component supplier landscape (e.g. forgings, castings, machining)

-A solid understanding of quality management systems and methodologies is essential.

-English and Mandarin speaking, fluent.

-Proactive, assertive, team player.

-Good Communication skill.
