About this opportunity:

We are looking for passionate fresh graduates in RF technology to join our RF Power Amplifier Design team. As an RF Power Amplifier Designer, you will be involved in the design, simulation, testing, and optimization of RF power amplifiers, contributing to the performance enhancement of our products in the wireless communication field.

What you will do:

• Participate in the design and simulation of RF power amplifier circuits

• Assist in the tuning and performance optimization of power amplifiers

• Involve in PCB layout design and circuit debugging

• Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and design summaries

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive project progress

The skills you bring:

• Master's degree or above in Microwave Engineering, Electromagnetic Field and Wireless Technology, Electronic Information Engineering, or related fields

• Familiar with basic principles of RF circuits and understanding of RF power amplifier design

• Proficient in common RF design tools (such as ADS, HFSS, MATLAB, etc.)

• Strong hands-on skills and laboratory operation experience

• Excellent learning ability, problem-solving skills, and teamwork spirit

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant internship or project experience in RF design is a plus

• Familiarity with GaN and LDMOS technologies is a plus
