工作职责：

1、项目规划与执行：Project Planning and Execution:

根据项目合同、设计图纸和技术规范，制定钢结构生产建造的总体计划和详细施工方案，包括材料采购、生产进度、质量控制、安全管理及成本控制等。

Develop comprehensive plans and detailed construction schemes for steel structure production and construction based on project contracts, design drawings, and technical specifications. This includes material procurement, production schedules, quality control, safety management, and cost control.

2、团队管理与协调 ：Team Management and Coordination

组建并管理高效的生产建造团队，包括与设计师、工程师、采购员、施工人员及外部合作伙伴的紧密协作，确保项目各环节的顺畅衔接和高效执行。

Establish and manage an efficient production and construction team, collaborating closely with designers, engineers, buyers, construction personnel, and external partners to ensure smooth coordination and efficient execution of all project phases.

3、质量控制 Quality Control：

建立并维护严格的质量管理体系，监督生产过程中的质量检查与控制，确保钢结构产品符合国际标准和客户要求。处理质量问题，提出改进措施，不断提升产品质量。

Establish and maintain a rigorous quality management system, overseeing quality inspections and controls throughout the production process to ensure steel structure products meet international standards and customer requirements. Address quality issues, propose improvement measures, and continuously enhance product quality.

4、安全管理 Safety Management：

严格执行安全生产规章制度，组织安全教育培训，监督现场作业安全，预防和减少安全事故的发生。建立应急响应机制，应对突发事件。

Strictly enforce safety production regulations, organize safety education and training, supervise on-site work safety, and prevent and reduce safety incidents. Establish an emergency response mechanism to cope with unexpected events.

5、进度与成本管理 Progress and Cost Management

跟踪项目进度，定期评估完成情况，及时调整计划以应对延误风险。有效控制项目成本，合理调配资源，提高项目经济效益。

Track project progress, regularly assess completion status, and adjust plans promptly to mitigate delay risks. Effectively control project costs, allocate resources reasonably, and improve project economic benefits.

6、技术支持与创新 Technical Support and Innovation：

关注行业技术发展动态，引入新技术、新工艺、新材料，提升生产效率和产品质量。解决生产过程中的技术难题，推动技术创新。

Stay informed of industry technological developments, introduce new technologies, processes, and materials to enhance production efficiency and product quality. Solve technical challenges during production and drive technological innovation.

7、客户关系管理 Customer Relationship Management：

与客户保持良好沟通，及时反馈项目进展，处理客户关切和投诉，确保客户满意度。

Maintain good communication with customers, promptly provide feedback on project progress, address customer concerns and complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

任职要求：

1、教育背景 Education Background：

本科及以上学历，机械、船舶、土木工程、工程管理等相关专业。

Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related fields.

2、工作经验 Work Experience：

至少8年以上海工或相关领域钢结构生产建造工作经验，其中3年以上同等职位管理经验。熟悉海洋工程项目流程和标准。

Minimum of 8 years of experience in steel structure production and construction for offshore or related industries, including 3+ years of management experience in a similar position. Familiarity with offshore engineering project processes and standards.

3、专业知识 Professional Knowledge：

精通钢结构设计、制造、安装及质量控制知识；了解国际海洋工程规范和标准。

Proficient in steel structure design, fabrication, installation, and quality control; knowledge of international offshore engineering codes and standards.

4、技能与能力 Skills and Abilities：

具备出色的组织协调能力、领导力和决策能力；优秀的沟通能力和团队协作精神；良好的问题解决能力和创新思维；熟悉项目管理软件（如P6、Primavera等）及办公软件。

5、语言能力 Language Proficiency:

流利的英语口语和书面表达能力，CET6及以上水平，能作为工作语言。
