Job Summary:

Develop Taping process technology. Propose equipment/process improvements to existing production lines. Provide technical supprot and fix process issues. Implement key manufacturing engineering initiatives with the objective of ensuring the department meet TE Dongguan's production and new cable business targets within department's policies, procedures and processes.

Job responsibilities:

1. Taping Process Development for NPI

Develop cable making advanced process technology in order to effectively support production and new cable business development.

2. Equipment/Process/Tooling Improvment

Conduct equipment/process/tooling improve activities in order to enhance production efficiency

3. Cost Saving Project Implement

Implement cost saving project in order to effectively support production and new cable business development.

4. SOP/ECN Preparation

Prepare SOP，ECN(Engineering Change Notice) in order to effectively support production and new cable business development.

5. Sample Making Program Monitor

Monitor sample making program and solve technical issues in order to effectively support production and new cable business development.

6. Process Issue Solving

Provide technical support to complicated process problem solving in production in order to effectively support production and new cable business development.

1. College diploma in engineering.

2. 5 years cable making manufacturing working experience.

3. Ability to solve critical issues and make process more stable with effective tools like 6M, DOE and SPC etc.

4. Good logic, be good at and willing to do the data analysis.

5. Good communication skill, integrity, accountability.

6. Good reading and writing English.
