Job Summary:

The workflow coordinator/kit control will coordinate team members in completion of daily work and acts as a technical and operational resource to those in the department. They will be also accountable to monitor on a daily basis the assigned team workflow to ensure all priorities are completed. This position is responsible to research and resolved problems samples, liaising with other departments when needed and work with counterparts to ensure process and SOPs are well defined and any problems are resolved in a timely manner. This position will provide support to the Global Kit Production Management team and supervisors by communicating daily work flow issues and is responsible for actual resolution.


Essential Job Duties:

•Demonstrate the ability to give clear and accurate instructions to the staff

•Demonstrate the ability to multi task

•Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems effectively.

•Identify and resolve workflow issues

•Organize meetings with others to discuss workflow and pending issues as well to prioritize any critical task

•Directs and or re directs team members to accommodate volume changes and client deadlines

•Demonstrates flexibility by doing other duties as assigned

•Completes and Manages Daily Tasks (Work Flow Lead Duties with Kit Control as Back up)

o Ensures Investigator Documents are Associated and Consolidated

o Attends to 1st Floor Automation Including Fault Resolution and Filling Product

o Ensures Consumable Material is Ordered and Placed into Stock

o Assists Replenishment in Times of Need

o Reduce Operator Stops by Bringing Totes, Needed Inventory, Consumable Supplies

o Clears work out of stations when needed

o Restocks Deep Catalog During Break Times

o Other Daily Tasks as Assigned

•Supports departmental staff

o Directs workflow of designated areas

o Provides direction on problem solving

o Answers process questions

o Informs management of extraordinary events and or potential problems that may affect the department productivity

o Informs Management of personnel issues

•Safety

o Adheres to established SOP and Safety precaution guidelines

•Information Systems

o Responsible for submitting staff access requests

o Performs computer functions as required by the position

•Policies and Procedures

o Follow Standard Operating Procedures

•Regulatory Compliance

o Generates an appropriate audit trail for all activities

o Assists in sign off of checklists, books, freezers and refrigerators

Experience:

Minimum Required:

•Minimum of 2 year applicable work experience

•Business level of English

•Ability to work in a team as well as independently

•Dynamic attitude and ability to work under pressure

•Ability to take on challenges

•Strong communication and organization skills

•Ability to influence others

•Attention to detail.


Education:

Minimum Required:

Minimum High School Diploma
