Job Summary:

Lead air suspension system & components development and market application

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Lead air suspension system design, development, review, and application validation

负责悬架系统方案选型、设计开发、设计评审、匹配验证等

2.Defining top level specifications and solution based on market and customer requirements

基于市场和客户需求，负责定义领先指标和解决方案

3.Air suspension system layout analysis, chassis layout check and performance analysis

负责悬架系统架构可行性分析、包含底盘布置、性能分析等工作

4.Define air suspension system specification, SW function, performance KPIs

负责编制悬架系统技术规范，悬架系统的功能需求、性能需求等

5.Support system & components into market application and problem analysis

支持系统和部件市场推广应用和问题分析

6.Air suspension components development, KPIs definition, cost target, and delivery

负责相关零部件的技术方案开发实施、指标达成分解、成本目标达成分解，按照整车开发流程进行交付

7.System test and assessment

负责悬架系统的测试评价及验收

8.Review ECAS components design, DVP, DFMEA

评审电控空气悬架系统部件设计和验证

9.Support system & components manufacture development

支持系统和部件生产工艺开发

10.Advance air suspension technology study, development and application

负责悬架系统新技术研究和开发，推进新技术的应用

职位要求：

•Master Degree in chassis or vehicle engineering

•3 years air suspension system development and series project experience

•Fluent in English

•Air spring design or application experience

•EAS system development experience

•Good at comminication and coordination

•Strong project and product managment ability
