Responsible for collecting design input, setup design database, create system

specification, and design full vehicle schematics , collaborating with other design

engineersengineers.

⚫ Evaluate information provided by the customer (standards, requirements etc) for

completeness and accuracy

⚫ Review and inte rpret specifications and requirements provided by the customer,

a nd apply it to product/project d esign product to specifications and requirements

⚫ Establish and monitor DVP&R, v erify and validate designs and properly

communicate findings .

⚫ Apply changes t o design or existing products products.

⚫ Keep records and timing for the information provided, designs and changes.

⚫ Provide forecast for the delivery of the designs to the proper level

⚫ Effectively communicate with customers, management, other engineers, sales,

ma nufacturing, quality, and program management management.

⚫ Work independently, with some assistance from more experienced associates

and directions from direct management.

Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or Electrical Engineering, minimum 4 years experience in automotive wiring industry.

⚫ Strong knowledge to system schematics design such as power distribution design and grounding distribution design, wire/fuse selection or match, etc. Also good commanding on automotive electrical subsystem, such as engine managements, transmission, ABS/ESP, BCM, PEPS, alternator/starter, start/stop, AC, PDC/NAV, SRS, power window, sunroof, AFS, CAN, exterior and internal lamps, wiper, and so on, as well as deep understanding of logical control on each subsystem, how they work and control vehicle, and relationship/signal exchange between these subsystem.

⚫ Knowledge and skill on 2D software AuotCad, Mentor Graphics VeSys or CHS, 3D software Catia.

⚫ Good knowledge of Automotive.
