As centralize technical department to offer the service and support to all plants of Ningbo site regarding in process safety, improvement project management, AR management, cost reduction, trouble shooting in daily operation, process and technology upgrading, training, risk control, documentations and report etc.
Support site management team on projects management, role as technical predominant and cross functional coordination, control and report project schedule, cost, and quality to management team and savings updated into ANT.
Response for process safety managements including the enhance of SIS management and PHR/PHA management.
Setting up sustainability management framework for all plants in site, ensure compliance both for internal and external regulations and rules, keep plant running at high efficient.
As key department to executive analysis and control quality for RM and Final products for whole site, offer technical support to process quality control in plants.
Responsible for ALPS primary process and tools implementation to improve plants reliability, asset utilization, and material efficiency; realize ALPS measurement in MES system and do analysis to support operation excellent.
