- Reaching sales objectives with the region customer group

Main Focus of Duties and Responsibilities 主要工作职责

- Region sales report, including new business, sales performance and escalation.

- Region business management, including business scale, resource allocation, business priority setting.

- Establishing proactive and two-way communications with multiple functional departments in customer organization.

- Visits to customers and making commercial presentations in cooperation / coordination with HQ/BU/CBU

- Proactively observing business opportunities, conducting initial analysis, and rationalizing the opportunities within the company.

- Define quotation strategy with BU/CBU and finalizing quotation package to customer. Support Negotiating with customer on new business, productivity, tooling, claim and other commercial terms.

- Creating and maintaining customer response mechanisms that can address customer requests timely

- Observing competitor movements and collecting intelligence about technology development, price/cost level, footprint, and etc.

- Customer payment management, including AR/OD/ED&T reimbursement.

- Sales planning and forecasting

Required Competency and Qualification 任职能力及资格

1. Knowledge 知识

Education 学历 Bachelor degree or above, quantitative majors such as mechanical engineering or finance

Foreign Language 外语 Good Spoken and Written English or German

Computer Skill 计算机 Proficient computer skill

2. Experience 经验

Auto or related experience 汽车或相关行业经验 10 years+ working experience in automotive industry and 2 years+ in commercial area (experience with Chassis system preferred)

Management experience 管理经验 N.A.

Project leader experience 项目管理经验 N.A.

Project member experience 项目参与经验 Project experience is preferred

Intercultural experience 跨文化工作经验 At least 5 years working experience in JVs or foreign invested company
