Position Summary
Be responsible for achieving or exceeding HK & Macau sales target. Drive sustainable, profitable growth and enhance operational efficiency for the business
Key Responsibilities
As a sales lead and responsible for territory management, including hospital listing, scientific communication , KOL engagement in anti-infective and nephrology therapeutic area in both private and public sector in HK and Macau.
Develop and execute sales penetration strategy and planning in order to achieve short and long terms sales target.
Achieve quantitative and qualitative business objectives by driving revenue growth
Timely feedback market intelligence and requested reports.
Prepare sales reports and market analysis and report to senior management regularly
Build and manage partnership with commercial partners and other external key stakeholders as necessary or assigned by line manager
Build and manage strong customer relations by visiting them on regular or/and ad-hoc basis and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Make sure full accountability for products, independently lead projects
Monitor competitors' activities and adjust sales strategies in time to respond to market changes
Ensure sales force effectiveness in place.
Work closely with cross function e.g medical department to effectively engage customers
Assist marketing function like event management, product management
Assist market accessibility
Formulary Listing (private, public)
Drug Subsidy
Other tasks assigned by line manager
May need to work out of normal working hours subject to business need
Work within integrity and compliance policies and all company policies
Bachelor’s degree or above
At least 5 years of pharmaceutical experience in sales function with proven track record of sales achievement
Demonstrate strategic thinking and aggressive working attitude.
With extra marketing experience in multinational pharmaceutical company will be plus
Background in antibiotics, renal disease, immunology preferred

Good market analysis and strategic planning skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building strong client relationships
Skilled in MS Office Suite, Fluent in English
