Introduction to the job
The CS Quality and Excellence of China region is part of the Customer Support organization. The strategy of CS Quality and Excellence is 3-fold:
Challenge : Improve and drive Quality within ASML, in region and headquarters.
Collaboration: Accelerate cross-sector quality collaboration. Strengthen our quality processes and adherence for Install base and early PGP.
Care: Become customer-centric by bringing the voice of the customers into ASML. Embed an interdependent quality mindset at ASML
In CS Quality and Excellence, the Service Quality Engineering team is responsible for driving material quality, craftsmanship, quality culture, and quality deployment to CS sites.
Role and responsibilities
Job mission
This job mission is to work with cross sectors to enhance the craftsmanship culture in organization and ensure service quality meet our designed targets.
The service quality project leader develops, evaluates, revises, and applies quality assurance protocols/methods to drive zero human mistaken during service activity. Ensures activities and items are in compliance with company standard process.
Education and Experience
Requires a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering – i.e. Industrial, Electrical, Quality, Process, Production, etc.
Master of Science degree in Engineering is a plus.
Proficient use of MS office, SAP, SMS/MHO
Microsoft BI/PowerApps and/or Spotfire experience as plus
Experience/Strong knowledge of strong problem-solving skills/tools and techniques such as 8D/A3 methodology, Lean Six Sigma Methodology, etc. is a plus.
Skills
Ability to translate, statistically analyze data, and effectively report problems through written and/or graphical formats.
Ability to learn and apply new information or skill.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality concepts.
Understanding of process flow diagraming and documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills, with an advanced understanding of customer relationship building.
Motivated and enthusiastic team player.
Must be able to multi-task, comfortable with a rapidly changing work environment, and set priorities without jeopardizing project schedule.
