Job descriptions
Responsible for China operations to ensure timely execution and local compliance (payroll, tax, social security etc.)
Responsible for the payroll process of local employees and inpatriate/expatriate employees, including collection of BIK items and home part compensation
Responsible for the social insurance and tax statutory document (dependent exemption etc.) collection from employees
Responsible for China annual statutory adjustments/filings/payment (social insurances, income/resident tax, yearend tax adjustment, final tax return etc.), including preparing LTI (Long Term Incentive) shares
Provide payment/bank reconciliation for monthly payroll, and all statutory filings (social insurances,, income/resident tax etc.)
Provide GL reconciliation and communicate with finance teams for GL financial booking and open item clearing of
Prepare China employee related cash forecast and budget
Responsible China employee communication on payroll related matters
Responsible China internal and external payroll audits
Deliver technical research and analysis on China wage and tax policy/regulations
Support projects to improve the efficiency, control, and business analysis capabilities of the payroll department under Workday implementation
