招聘岗位：公共区域领班

【工作职责】

负责管理有关酒店的客人房间及楼层的整洁干净。负责当班楼层的查房工作，制定工作计划。根据酒店的运营标准，随时对房间和设施设备及各项物品进行检查。维护客房部的设施和管理。确保所有服务员遵循品牌承诺并始终提供优异的对客服务。

We are looking for Team Leader-PA

【Job Responsibilities】

Responsible for managing the cleanliness of guest rooms and floors of the hotel. Responsible for the ward rounds on the floor on duty and formulate work plans. According to the hotel's operating standards, rooms, facilities, equipment and items are inspected at any time. Maintain the facilities and management of the housekeeping department. Ensure that all servers follow the brand promise and provide excellent customer service at all times.

【任职要求】

1. 熟悉使用清洁剂和化学品的详细工作知识

2. 至少两年在具有良好标准的酒店担任客房领班的工作经验

3. 旅游和酒店业的基本知识

【Job Requirements】

1 Familiar with the detailed working knowledge of the use of detergents and chemicals

2. At least two years of work experience as a Team Leader-Housekeeping in a hotel with good standards

3. Basic knowledge of the tourism and hospitality industry
