职位描述

1. Be responsible for achieving monthly/quarterly sales target in assigned territories/accounts by working with key distributors to implement strategic initiatives to drive sustainable growth.

2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships with KOLs and end customers.

3. Analyze the market to understand the competitive dynamics to get insight.

4. Leverage authorized distributor investment to improve coverage and service level

5. Develop potential distributors within assigned territory to focus on certain segments.

6. Identify and build up specialized channel to drive potential portfolio according to characteristics of local market

7. Regular evaluate the performance of authorized distributors according to KPIs

8. Utilize digital tools to achieve high level performance management of distributors(e.g. B2B platform to improve data visibility for precise marketing & help distributors to optimize inventory)

9. Hold trainings, co-visit, workshops and seminars etc. with distributors to enhance company's image with end customers.

任职条件

1. Proficient in key account and distributor management

2. At least 3 years sales working experience in China Life Science market

3. Sales experience of key account management is preferred

4. Fluent in both written and oral English

5. Bachelor or above degree in Biology/Chemistry is preferred
