Description:
In this role, Account manager will be responsible for maintaining PLA customer relationship and build strategic partnership to sell GE Healthcare products in their defined accounts and areas.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Achieve sales target in assigned PLA territories for responsible GE Healthcare products.
• Project management with multiple PLA government and hospital.
• Build up and maintain relationship with PLA customer.
• Establish channels and support dealer in bidding coordination.
• Lead regional PLA sales review mechanisms for the management of account and MPC.
• Participate area marketing activity, take care of PLA customer who join the activities
• Collaborate well with all internal stakeholders and leverage resources to satisfy customers’ needs, promote PLA customer satisfaction rate
• Develop account penetration strategies for key target and competitive accounts and
communicating current market intelligence back to the business, along with field concerns,
issues and requirements
• Providing leadership in market analysis and development/execution of strategies and
action plans to drive product sales.
Qualifications:
• At least one of the following core experiences:
2+ years of consultative sales experience including strategic selling, project management and negotiation in a complex sales environment involving multiple decision-makers/influencers; or
3+ years GEHC experience in customer facing role(s) with good track record
• Bachelor degree and above, medical engineering major is preferred
• Quick learner and passionate to learn on whole product line of GE healthcare, full understanding what GE can offer is preferred.
• Good at collaboration, influencing and leveraging resources
• Good change management skill and result driven
• Willingness to work under pressure
• High integrity spirit, comply with all GE regulations
• Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products
