Description:

The DQL is responsible for development quality management from RFQ to production phase of the project.

Promotes the implementation of the IATF16949, ASPICE, ISO21434 and ISO26262 system process.

Essential responsibilities and duties:

1. Responsible for the company's design quality management work, promoting the implementation and process

optimization of A-SPICE/TS16949/ISO26262/ISO21434 system standards in product development business.

2. Participate in new product software and hardware design reviews to ensure the quality of project

deliverables.

3. Participate in the review of new project milestones to ensure that there are no design defects or red warning

issues during the PV phase.

4. Ensure consistency between DFMEA and PFMEA, control plans, and drawings.

5. Lead the analysis of design quality issues that occur within the client and company, and drive LLS database

updates and process improvements.

6. Promote the achievement of KPI for the quality department.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have/be:

1. Full time undergraduate degree or above in science and engineering majors;

2. Engaged in research and development, manufacturing, system and quality related work in

automotive electronics for more than 10 years, with priority given to research and development

quality experience in the field of automotive electronics;

3. Have experience in the research and development of electronic and software products;

4. Familiar with methodologies such as A-SPICE/ISO26262/ISO21434/IATF16949;

5. Familiar with R&D and quality related tools: DOOS, ETM, Rhapsody, GitLab, 8D, FTA, FMEA,JAZZ

6. Familiar with the quality management process of automotive parts products and familiar with the

requirements of PPAP process;

7. Have good communication and coordination skills, and have experience in team management;

8. Experience in automotive area in Tiers 1 in Engineering department;

9.Successful launch of products in mass production in quality function.
