Our FCE-Engineering Division is looking for a Testing & Validation Group Leader to be based at Xiamen.

The Validation Technical Leader is responsible for coordinating Test & Validation Engineering

activities necessary for FCE Projects (Application, Platform, Innovation, RFQ & Serial life) to deliver the full Testing & Validation deliverables at system level.

Testing & Validation Group Leader scope include:

o • System Requirements review;

o • Scheduling & Tailoring of testing activities in adequation with project lifecycle;

o • Define and track progress of each Project feature & requirements validation maturity;

o • Develop test strategy and test plan

o • Test resource management

o • Test case review and approval

o • Research and guidance on testing technology

o • Test progress management and report

o • Test result review and report

o • Test result analysis and report

o • Training of personnel test skills

o • Development of test technology (Automation Technology ,etc)

o • Test risk assessment and management

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have/be:

Minimum education level:

• Bachelor's degree

• Proficient in English

Experience:

• Min 7 years’ experience in automotive area in Tiers 1 in Engineering department

• Successful launch of several products in mass production

• Have management experience in A-SPICE LV2 or CMMI LV5 testing process

Must have:

▪ Validation & Test Knowledge (IVI, ADAS, IMS/DMS, Display, Accessories)

▪ Engineering offshoring experience, ability to work with international distributed teams

▪ Validation & Test methodologies for Embedded electronics product.

▪ Validation & Test planning and monitoring

▪ Agile methodology

▪ Knowledge of economical / financial aspect (initiative, budget, reporting)

▪ Test project management (plan, process, risk, cost, quality, etc.)

▪ Knowledge of Test Management Tools (JIRA, PMS, etc.)

▪ Minimum 7 years of experience in automotive industry in similar role

▪ Advanced written and spoken English
