Responsibilities

职责

-Manage the software development lifecycle, including software development, testing, and releasing based on customer requirements.

依据客户需求管理软件开发全生命周期，包括开发、测试及释放

-Be responsible for handling communication with customers, software project status reporting, and delivery of customer software documents to ensure customer satisfaction.负责对接客户沟通，软件项目状态报告及客户版软件说明文档交付

-Be responsible for monitoring the progress of the development process, tracking milestones and deliverables, to ensure adherence to the project schedule.

负责根据项目节点要求追踪开发进度及交付物

-Be responsible for tracking and improving the quality KPI indicators during project development to guarantee high quality delivery.

负责追踪和不断提升软件质量KPI，保证项目的软件交付质量

-Be responsible for monitoring project costs and personnel capacity, proposing improvement measures, to ensure project costs are controllable and meet standards.

负责监控软件开发项目及人力成本，并优化降低软件开发的成本

-Be responsible for monitoring project risks, leading to make effective solutions, and guaranteeing project risk controllability.

负责追踪监控软件项目风险，主导风险管控措施

-Coordinate project team members by assigning tasks, managing workload, and facilitating effective communication and collaboration to ensure smooth project execution.

协调软件项目组内任务分配、工作符合管理以及促进有效沟通合作

-Optimization of development process by collaborating with QMM and cross-functional teams, leading the software quality gate and process related assessments.

与QMM和其他职能团队协作持续优化软件开发流程，主导软件质量门及流程相关审核

-Support team leader for team members competence build-up, career planning through project practice. 协助软件团队经理进行成员的能力建设、职业规划

Qualifications & Requirements

任职资格及要求

Education学历

- Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics or related

- 学士及以上学位，计算机科学，电气工程，机电一体化等相关专业

Experience工作经验

- 3 years or above working experience in the development of automotive embedded software

- 3年或以上汽车行业嵌入式软件开发的经验

- Be familiar with handling of tools for project planning and control

- 熟练使用项目计划及控制的工具

- Experience with Doors, MS project, IBM ClearCase / ClearQuest /Track & Release or comparable tools are preferred

- 有使用Doors, MS project, IBM ClearCase / ClearQuest /Track & Release或者其它同类工具者优先

-Experience in software development for customer SOP projects(ASPICE assessment preferred).

-具有量产客户类软件项目经验(ASPICE项目审核经验更佳)

-Knowledge in CAN, CAN FD, SAE J1939, UDS, ASPICE, product security, ISO26262, etc.

-熟悉CAN,CAN FD,J1939,UDS, ASPICE, product security, ISO26262等标准或协议

Skills 技能

- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin both written and verbal
