Purpose of the Job;
Establish digital as key brand growth engine and maximize brand presence and lead-gen in digital channels.
Develop and implement digital MKT strategies and lead tactical operations.
1. Establish and operate a holistic digital lead-gen framework, including web/social/media, etc to grow brand online presence and loyalty. lead HI brands to be industry top3 in brand follower#.
2. Design & implement digital communication campaigns, digital contents creation and engagement throughout the consumer path to purchase. Be HI industry top-of-mind No.1 brand in targeted digital platform.
3. Support localisation and maintenance of 7+ branded apps. Leverage latest AI/digital tools gradually digitise half of communication tools.
4. Analyze and interpret digital data to identify trends, opportunities, enhance digital communication effectiveness
1. 7 years+ experience in product marketing & digital marketing, includes:
2. brand & product/portfolio management
3. social media planning & operation
4. digital user funnels and CRM
5. holistic brand digital campaign & content operations
6. New medias, short video development, livestream, etc
