Key Responsibility (主要职责)
1. Handling of FAR (Failure Analysis Request) / Customer complaint处理客户抱怨
a. Verification & validation of customer complaint确认再现客户抱怨信息
b. Provide FA reports to customers, track FAR response time and CA (Corrective Action) effectiveness.
对客诉样品进行失效分析，及时反馈以及改善措施的有效性.
2. Involving in line deviation management. 参与在线质量异常
a. Identify problem as one key team member. 作为内部改善团队成员,参与识别问题
b. Host MRB(Material Review Board)meeting to dispose the deviation &potential deviation material
主持召开异常材料回顾会议并主导处理异常和潜在异常产品
c. Identify root cause & work on improvement activities. 识别根本原因,推动改善
d. Periodic meeting to review effectiveness of result. 跟踪改善措施的有效性
3. Managing in PPCM (Product Process Change Management) 管理产品和制程变更
a. Review changes and identify risk assessment & determine qualification test requirement as one key team member
作为变更团队成员参与变更以及相关风险的识别和评估
b. Post change follow up & documentation of changes
协调变更管理，确认变更执行的效果以及标准化
4. Handling of special clearance& Shipment halt note based on risk assessment
处理特殊放行以及叫停潜在异常库存品基于风险评估
5.Handling of RMA (Return Material Authorization) 客退品处置
6. Lead Internal Process Audit, Product Audit 负责内部制程审核，产品审核
7. Drive continuous improvement from daily work, review business process of Product Quality Management.
通过回顾本部门业务流程，推动持续改善，优化业务流程
8. Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor. 主管交由的其他工作内容
