Handle daily operation of import shipment, including international transportation arrangement, documents preparation, track and trace, customs clearance, domestic delivery, etc.Proficient in processing trade and independently complete the application, modification, and cancellation of processing trade Customs E-book, and handle Customs declarations through the single window platform.Conduct Customs declarations for filing or changes in unit consumption according to processing trade laws and regulations, combined with the company's actual manufacturing process conditions.Conduct regular inventory checks with related colleagues and on-site audits of warehouses and workshops, prepare discrepancy reports between Customs E-book and physical inventory.Operate Customs Trade Management Systems, provide timely suggestions for system optimization to address operational issues.Familiar with temporarily import and export operation, such as ledger management, Customs deposit extension and cancel after verification. Any other duties as may be assigned by upper management.

EducationBachelor or higher degree in logistics, international trade or related majors. Chemicals background is preferred.
