Specific responsibilities include, but not limited to:Being the Dangerous goods and hazardous chemical safety representative for Distribution China team in corporate logistics safety management and other EHS management flow.Support Distribution head, driving the implementation of safety management system with other distribution functions.Implement distribution safety improvement programs based on organizational target and authority requirement.Manage distribution EHS related KPI, support distribution head to achieve yearly EHS target. Drive distribution EHS goals & objective set up.Lead internal or external EHS related audit, inspection, and assessment, be response for the CAPA implementation and continually improvement.Maintain all distribution site compliance with internal and external requirement.Leverage EHS tasks and program which was required by corporate and local government.Maintain distribution operation compliance with approval business scope, regular review operation status with all related department.Be as fist response person for authority event, inspection and visiting. Report and drive CAPA for any authority findings and observations.Lead EHS review for strategy business investment project, coordinate with global expert team to conduct EHS statement review. Identify project EHS risk and opportunity for new project.In charge of environment protection, firefighting design, safety design and occupational health protection assessment for new construction project in Distribution China.In charge of self-running warehouses facility management and continues improvement, ensure preventive maintenance well planned and conducted at warehouses.Lead site facility calibration and validation implementation, coordinate for long term plan for site cold chain facility management.In charge of Distribution China CapEx investment projects implementation, support distribution head to create long term investment plan. Driving yearly CapEx project implementation and new project application.
Organizational Development, Relationship Management & Team LeadershipEnhance distribution safety culture through regular EHS meeting, training, and practice.Guide EHS engineer to complete all mandatory EHS tasks and activities, drive EHS team growth with Distribution China team.
