Specific responsibilities include, but not limited to: Set up team’s annual work plan and team member’s individual goal,and performance evaluation.Lead team to drive high safety/quality/service standard in warehouse operation, ensure team’s SOP to comply with ISO and GDP requirements.Monitor operation excellence performance to meet KPI requirement though exact data analysis skill and innovative tools deployment. Keep team’s work under safety, security, and comfortable environment via 6S, “Be-safe behavior “Optimize the warehouse operation process including safety, quality space utilization, cost improvement quality to driver operation excellence with continual improvement.Implement warehouse project including Capex, operation optimization.,etc under budget and timeline.
Organizational Development & Team Leadership Support leader to develop warehouse organization structure and talent pipeline for future development of distribution /ISCO in China.Ensure proper planning and allocation of assigned resources and tasks. Collaborate with other teams (customer excellence, supply chain, Quality management, EHS, etc.) to achieve warehouse/distribution goals. Team member and talent development
