Key Accountabilities
Ensures development of impactful country marketing programs and strategies, aligned with global business franchise and country commercial business plan. Drive and accountable on strategic initiatives within China
e.g. new product sales, product adoption/seeding, focused franchise business.Lead/Co-lead with global strategy team to conduct market study, e.g. market sizing, new technology/application trends…etc, and alignment with country commercial heads. Coordinates with other function teams and relevant stakeholders (e.g. sales, TSS…) for customer training and value added activities. Provide regional VoC feedback to global teamFoster next generation leaders and develop team membersScope includes: USP and chemicals, DSP, HW&SU, Novel Modalities

andidate’s Profile
CANDIDATE’S PROFILEBachelor’s Degree or equivalent, Masters, MBA, or PhD preferred Scientific experience preferred 10+ years’ experience in either a professional expert or managerial role Strong understanding of the Process Solutions business and Bioprocessing Proven track record of building and developing successful teams in a direct management position fluent in both written and verbal EnglishTeam leaders with more than 15 team members
