作为助理经理,旅游业销售,区域销售团队成员,您将主要负责旅游业客户的维护和开发,同时也参与其他行业客户的开发工作,例如会奖及商务团队生意的开拓。日常中,您将更多承担作为一名客户资源管理者的身份,参与针对现有客户的各种销售策略讨论,销售行动制定及实施。
您还须协助渠道销售经理制定渠道销售战略,追踪旅游、商务市场趋势,管理渠道合作伙伴与上海迪士尼度假区之间的商业关系,跟踪合作伙伴业绩表现,驱动销售收入增长。

As Associate Manager, Travel Trade Sales, you will focus on in-depth key account management of contracted travel trade partners and developing new business channels in assigned territory for Shanghai Disney Resort, which includes but not limited to Travel Trade, MICE, and Corporate or cross-industry partners.
This position is responsible for collecting market intelligence, managing business relationships with travel trade partners, and drive sales & revenue performances.

主要职责Key Responsibilities
客户管理 Account Management
• 通过对现有签约旅行社客户的日常管理及销售行动,完成或超越既定的销售收入目
• Drive contracted travel trade accounts and responsible market to achieve sales and revenue target;
• 作为客户管理者,您需要深入探索现有客户的商业潜力,并根据发现的商机制定销售策略、行动计划、促销手段,以达到该客户在上海迪士尼度假区产出的最大化,并拉动本地消费群体在乐园的整体占比;
• As account manager to explore business potential of contract Travel Trade partners, initial sales plans or seasonal campaigns to maximize revenue from responsible market;
• 紧密跟踪合作伙伴销售业绩的表现,通过执行有效的行动计划以确保完成销售目标;
• Closely monitor accounts revenue and business production, come up with effective sales plan and actions taken to secure business opportunities;
• 维护主要合作伙伴的商业关系,并采取阶段性、季节性的销售行动及合作伙伴的培训工作;
• Build up and maintain a business relationship with in assigned sales areas and conduct periodic sales visits / product education to trade partners’ frontline sales;
• 协助区域负责人收集相关的商业数据,追踪市场发展趋势并抓住业务机会;
• Prepare reports, updated account information, and market intelligence and assist Manager to explore new opportunities in assigned sales areas;
新客户开发
• 做好客户开发前期的审核工作,并主要负责旅游行业客户的维护和深度开发,同时也参与会奖、商务团队生意的开发工作,且做好日常与BS&E团队的沟通与协作;
• Pre-qualify and develop potential business partner and majority in Travel Trade, also involve MICE and Corporate leads generation from assigned territory, and closely work with BS&E team to maximize revenue conversion;
其他销售支持工作
• 保障有效的内部、外部沟通;
• To ensure efficient internal and external communication;
• 与销售培训、预订中心、渠道营销等团队紧密配合,以便推动针对签约客户的业务和销售计划;
• To work closely with Sales training/Disney Reservation Center/Distribution Marketing, to execute business & sales plans;
• 协助销售经理与内部各团队密切合作确保相应的合作战略的执行;
• To assist Manager to work closely with internal teams for cooperation strategy with respective partners;
• 支持渠道旅游业销售经理日常工作。
• To provide daily support to Manager in regarding all administration tasks
资格要求Required Qualifications
• 7年以上相关行业工作经验
• At least 7 years’ working experience in relevant industry
• 有国内外酒店、景区或OTA平台销售,业务拓展,客户管理相关经验者优先;
• Working experience in sales, business development or account management in hospitality industry, Online Travel Agency or Attractions is preferred
• 大学本科学历以上
• Bachelor degree or above
• 电脑要求(Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook)
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook)

• Command of both English and Mandarin
• 具备在给定时间内执行商务计划的能力
• Proven ability to act according to business plan in provided time
• 有很强的商业敏感度和分析能力
• Strong business acumen, solid analytical skills
• 具备有效的演示,计划,组织,协调能力
• Effective presentation, planning, organizing, coordination skills
