A. Accountabilities
• With the assistance of interns, improve team work efficiency and ensure the smooth operation for HR team
• Core responsibilities include participating in program development, answering employee
inquiries, etc.
B. Main activities
• Assist in collecting and organizing employee onboarding and full-life cycle experience;
• Assist in COE teams for different tasks;
• Assist in generating reports and documents.
• Participate in daily team meetings and work discussions, actively provide your own opinions and
suggestions.
C. Input
• Students majoring in human resources, management, or related fields have a strong interest in
the field of compensation and benefits;
• Having good communication skills and service awareness, able to patiently listen and answer
employee questions;
• Strong sense of responsibility and execution ability, able to complete delivered tasks on time;
• Having good learning and adaptability abilities, able to quickly adapt to the company culture and
team atmosphere.
• At least 3 days of attendance per week, and the internship period can last for at least 5 months.
