Introduction to the job
Local Parts Supply Center (LPSC) China is to supply, repair and reuse parts and materials for the ASML products installed base in China. The role of Program manager LPSC China, supports the LPSC China to deliver on time parts availability solutions by orchestrating the development of required capabilities and processes, reports to the head of LPSC China.
Role and responsibilities:
Enable the LPSC to deliver on time parts availability solutions, by supporting
Set up and maintenance of parts portfolio overview, which is LPSC China responsibility to deliver upon
Alignment of clear deliverables of the suppliers, engineering projects and the operational sectors to consistent plan per part in the portfolio
Signaling and escalation of parts related plans that are at risk of missing their target date and Initiate/facilitate activities to mitigate
Creating transparency on the progress on the parts plans in the portfolio by delivering reporting that can be used in all levels of the organization up to BoM level
Drive the structuring of the LPSC China by orchestrating the development of required capabilities and processes
Identify the (X-sector) process gaps that are hampering the LPSC to deliver on time, and develop solutions to close them
Identify the capabilities required to realize the committed milestones in the workstream plans (In-house + In-Fab + at supplier repairs, sourcing of parts/tools, NFF flows). Create visibility on the critical path.
Create the plan/road for the development of the identified capabilities on short, mid and long term and drive accordingly until embedded.
Program management
Facilitate scenarios and decision making
including creating a (Key-)Decision timeline and objective proposals as input. Involve relevant experts and stakeholders and manage them accordingly.
Record agreements via Meeting minutes and Action/decision logs, chase overdue items
Organizing/ (co) chairing workshop
Support development of KPI dashboard
Re-occurring (progress) reporting, on parts portfolio, capability development and KPI’s for use on all levels in the organization
Education and experience
More than 5 years of relevant work experience in (technically-driven) international organization.
5 to 10 years of relevant experience as project manager, program manager or line manager.
Demonstrated ability in starting up / maturing activities under pressure
Proven track record in building and maintaining professional relationships
Ability to work independently or in team settings in highly ambiguous environment
Experienced with business interventions, that result in shifted perspectives in performance opportunities and/or leadership engagement
Fluent in English, verbal and written. Verbal in Mandarin

Understanding the business needs, and is able to drive the creation and challenge project plan with clear deliverables, balance priorities, understand critical path of projects to ensure prioritized actions, steer project deliverables with long term strategic goals embedded.
Manage projects in a structured way, is able to setup governance structure for projects, regular progress reporting, have the capability to figure out the proper escalation paths, and solve every complex road blocks.
