Build local Validation & Calibration SOP

? Build full Validation & Calibration process SOP for China region based on global existing procedures

? Consider necesseities in the process, and ensure the SOP is cost-effective

? Maintain & Adjust SOP for continuous improvement

? Buid evaluation method for application & calibration for team approval

? Share information with commercial Asia & China VPs and other relevant functions to ensure the teamwork for approvals and customer partnership

Manage solution Validation & Calibration process

? Make timeplan for solution product validation & calibration process

? Design DoE for testing

? Perform tests in proving gound or open road

? Undertake test data collection, preprocessing and analysis

? Diagnose problems and report issues to global algorithm teams

? Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during testing

? Create customized algorithms and apply artificial intelligence, together with global stakeholders, to generate impmentable actions to address customer needs

? Manage innovative solution evaluation & proof of concept operations

Assist on customer technical support:

? Be the customer on-site support to establish service procedure and deploy various service solutions;

? React promptly on all issues diagonositics if needed;

? Ensure tire intelligence functionality, monitor data and propose corrective actions with customer;

? Educate customers and service providers on the latest GY intelligent tools and procedure to ensure application & feedback collection;

? Support business development on technical assistance

Experience

Describe previous experience required, including years – experience can include types of work, types of environments or situations

2+ years of experience in the automotive industry in all or several of the following :

？ Application or Calibration test for Automotive Electronics (Must)

？ Data loggers and data acquisition systems like Vector and Racelogic (Must)

？ Tire solutions-based operations and/or service process design

？ Tire engineering and testing would be desirable

？ Vehicle dynamics and/or tire technologies is preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Describe knowledge, skills and abilities required, including functional, technical and managerial

？ Strong Test design and deployment experience, Familiar with OBD Testing

？ Holding C1 (or A1) Driver’s License is a must

？ Driving experience over 3 years is a must

？ Good understanding of technology and its related deployment process

？ Working knowledge of Automotive logging procedures and equipment

？ Working knowledge of commercial & passenger vehicle telematics

？ Good communication skill in Chinese and English is a must

？ Good customer service and relationship management skills

？ Ability to anticipate and translate customer needs into product or solution requirements
