- New project
- Technical review and Risk Assessment prepare for purchasing council according to candidate suppliers' feasibility study and technical concept during RFQ phase.
- nominated component's development progress from nomination to SOP in supplier
- leader of components BQEE team( components nomination to PPAP release )
- Lead of APQP tracking and update.
- First version IICP creation.
- Supplier open issues tracking untill closure completely.
- Measurement result allignment between supplier and TKP plant (measurement WI).
- Smoothly transfer the part quality responsiblity function to plant SQE after PPAP release.
- Ensure the product meet design technical data
- Lead of part submission warranty and supplier process readiness audit
- Support designer to optimize drawing and LB.
- Support commodity purchasing to development new suppliers and maintain current supplier pool.
- Technical support to SQE about supplier quality issues (technical, red supplier rating) in mass production phase.
- Regularly reporting components' status and highlights to supervisor.

- Train/technical support,push suppliers to achieve the requirements of quality/timing.
- Window and bridge of supplier change management.
- Support VDA6.3 auditor for new suppliers and existing suppliers' annual audit.
