职位描述

Job Description

1. Quality support customer. Coordination between customer and Bosch internal

•Handling customer 0-km and field complaints

•Coordination of launch support activities

•Conduct containment actions and preventive measures at customer location

•Regular meetings with customers to review quality issues and make corrective and preventive action.

•Monitor customer scorecard.

2. Techincal support customer through pre SOP, series production and aftermarket.

•improve customer technical knowhow for our products and reduce the cost of warranty

•Component handling check in customer process related to Bosch products, improve/ correct customer process for Bosch products

•Technical support customer, coordinate pre-analysis in customer plants and go and see activities in field

•Coordinate technical seminars with each customer yearly to avoid S & C failures

3 Preventive measures to assure perfect quality to customer

•Training of resident engineers

•Regular meeting with associated departments for lessons learned from customer claims

•Strive on internally continuously improvement, and selectively join 8D Gemba or audit base on customer situation.

•Improvement in claim handling and response time, regular follow up meeting with problem solving team.

4. Develop and maintain good relationship with customers and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

5. Negotiation complaints handling process with customer. Support SQW for quality agreement negotiation with customer

6. Internal/ external quality reporting.

7. Warranty cost confirmation base on return actual situation.

8. Support compliance to ISO/TS16949 requirements, support meeting plant and department goals and objectives

任职条件

• Bachelors or Master degree, major in Mechanical/ Electronic engineering

• Over 5 years' experience in automotive industry (Experience in OEMs is priority)

• Sound knowledge of IATF16949, FMEA, skilled in Problem solving process and 8D method

• Customer complaints handling method, technical support customer experience

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Driving skill.

• English oral & written fluently
